| The ideal candidate will have: |
| Minimum High School diploma and/or relevant Post Secondary diploma or degree |
| Working knowledge of MS Office software (Word, Excel and IT browsing knowledge), easy performance at WEB platforms. |
| Strong communication, organizational and time management skills as well as the ability to work well in a team environment |
| Proven analytical and decision making abilities as well as internal/external customer service skills |
| Specific duties include: |
| Purchasing relating to the marine industry as required under the direction of a Senior Negotiator / Senior Customer Services. |
| Prioritizing and expediting critical material within sensitive timelines |
| Purchasing support consisting of: data research, contract coordination, maintaining data base, and fielding customer inquiries and investigating / reconciliation of price discrepancies |
| Supply Chain Management duties consisting of inventory management and material handling duties. |
